Pasta dishes are just always delicious!
Cook pasta in salted water until al dente, drain and return to dry saucepan.
Heat butter and heavy cream in a large frying pan over medium heat, stirring until butter melts and mixture bubbles. Then continue to cook, stirring throughout, for 2 min. Fold in salt, pepper (enough) and nutmeg.
Remove frying pan from the kitchen stove and gradually mix in the cheese until thoroughly blended and smooth. If necessary, the frying pan another time on the flame form, so that the cheese mixes well. Do not do it one more time, otherwise the cheese will become lumpy or tough.
Pour the sauce over the pasta in the saucepan and mix with 2 forks over a gentle heat until the sauce thickens and all the pasta is evenly coated with the sauce.
Sprinkle with the parsley, garnish and bring to the table on the spot.
