Espresso Ice Cubes

For the espresso ice cubes, first prepare espresso as usual. If you prefer your coffee sweetened, you can also add a little sugar and mix well.

Let cool a little and pour into an ice cube mold. Allow to freeze well for several hours.

The espresso ice cubes can then be used to make Iced Coffee or Iced Caffè Latte. For the latter, simply add cold milk and allow to blend.
