Stir half of the milk with the flour until smooth. Mix the eggs and add them. Add the milk as needed to make a fairly thin dough. Season with chives and salt.
Fry the bacon cubes in a frying pan until they become translucent. Remove with a spoon and form into the dough.
Add a little butter to the frying pan and fry the dough into omelets until golden brown on both sides.
Serve with endive, spinach, asparagus or other vegetables.
