Squid rinse well with water.
Make in a saucepan in lightly salted water for 20-half hour.
Then cut squid into 2cm pieces and set aside.
Cooking instructions:
== 1 == Saute onions and garlic in a heavy saucepan until translucent. Mix tomatoes, tomato concentrate with curry and ginger and add to saucepan.
Lightly cook for 5 minutes.
== 2 == Add squid and add coconut milk until squid is covered. If necessary, add water (possibly with the cooking water) up to the level of the squid.
Cook for 7-8 minutes on medium heat.
== 3 == Add thyme sprig and flat-leaf parsley.
Make another 7-8 min.
== 4 == Season with equal parts salt and sugar (or to taste). The dish should be slightly sweet.
== 5 == Notes: Garlic cloves are not eaten with the dish.
This goes well with long grain rice or/and lentils My kids can#t get enough of it.
