Remove peel from potatoes, cut into thin slices and roast in oil for 10 minutes. Add mushrooms in slices and roast for another 5 minutes.

Mix eggs with whipped cream, chop wild garlic. Mix with diced Debrecziner, salt and pepper and fry in a frying pan.

Then bake in the oven at 180 degrees (gas 2-3, convection oven not recommended) for 20 min, after 10 min turn to the other side.
