A great pasta dish for any occasion:
Preheat the oven to 100 °C .
Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente. Then drain and cut the spaghetti into pieces about ten centimeters long after it has cooled.
Separate two eggs, only the yolks are needed. Remove the skin from three cloves of garlic. Chop the garlic, parsley and anchovies, grate the Parmesan cheese, remove the seeds from the chili pepper and chop it very finely. Put two egg yolks and the remaining four eggs, the garlic, the parsley, the anchovies, the Parmesan and the chili pepper in a large enough bowl and mix. Add the pasta.
Squeeze the lime and sprinkle the shrimp with the lime juice.
Later, heat a tiny bit of olive oil in a frying pan. Crush a clove of garlic and add it with the rosemary sprig. Season the prawns with salt and pepper and sear them on both sides. Then place them in the oven to keep warm.
Heat the butter in a frying pan. Using a fork, turn the spaghetti into small nests, place in the frying pan and fry until crispy brown on both sides.
Finally, place the pasta nests on a plate and place the prawns decoratively.
