For the cream of pumpkin soup, peel and seed the pumpkin. Then cut the pumpkin flesh into small cubes.melt butter in a pan and sauté the pumpkin cubes in it.
As soon as the pumpkin cubes look glassy with the soup aufgießen and stew on low heat until soft.Only then with dill, caraway and salt and pepper to taste tune.
