Preheat the oven to 160 degrees top/bottom heat.
Put both types of flour in an ovenproof bowl and place in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes. Then allow to cool well.
Add a pinch of salt, maple syrup, peanut butter and a little coconut oil to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth Cookie Dough. Finally, fold in half of the chocolate drops.
Now transfer the dough to a plate or tray, press it smooth with your hands and chill.
Meanwhile, for the chocolate frosting, melt the remaining coconut oil with the second half of the chocolate drops over a water bath, stir and spread evenly over the dough.
Place everything in the refrigerator until the mixture is nice and firm. Then cut the dough into bars or desired pieces and enjoy.
