Astrid Bendig: A very tasty and very inexpensive dish.
Mix the minced meat with pepper, egg, salt, curry, paprika and tomato ketchup (each to taste). Form on the toast slices thinly spread with butter. Top the mince with slices of tomato, onion and cheese.
Bake in the oven at about 180 degrees for about 20 to half an hour.
Alternatively, put the cheese just before the end of the baking time, so that it does not become too dry.
