For clay and straw make a puree from soft boiled potatoes, milk, a little butter and a pinch of salt.
Finely chop an onion and fry it a little in oil, add sauerkraut, pour some soup and cook until soft.
Cut bacon into cubes and fry in a pan. Take out. Fry ring-cut onion in fat. Take out.
Mix sauerkraut and puree and serve garnished with bacon and onion rings.
