For the creamed veal roast, sprinkle meat with salt, pepper and onion powder and place in a roasting pan. Pour lemon juice and a little water, put the lid on.

Place on the bottom rack of the preheated oven and braise for 50 minutes. Remove the lid and baste the meat with the gravy. Let it brown for 15 minutes.

Boil off the gravy on the stove with mushroom water, add cream and thicken with flour. Add sliced mushrooms, boil once, season with salt and pepper.
