For the spicy potato soup with bacon, peel the potatoes and cut into smaller pieces. Finely dice the onion and bacon and sauté in the melted butter until translucent. Then add the potatoes and fry briefly. Add the paprika powder and the caraway seeds, fry very briefly and deglaze with the white wine.

Pour in the vegetable soup and cook until the potatoes are soft.
