For the chocolate-coconut biscuits, whip egg whites with sugar, vanilla sugar and orange juice until very stiff. Mix in the remaining ingredients and fill the mixture into a piping bag with a smooth nozzle and pipe small biscuits onto a prepared baking tray. Bake the chocolate-coconut biscuits in a preheated oven at 165 to 175 °C for 12 to 15 minutes until not too dark.
