For the cherry brownie cake, first grease the cake pan with coconut oil and sprinkle in some flour so that the pan is well floured. Boil half of the water, add the cooking chocolate, remove the pan from the heat and stir until the chocolate is melted.
Add the coconut oil and the remaining water and stir until well combined. Add eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and cocoa powder to the mixture. Sift flour with baking powder and add it as well.
Pour the thin mixture into the cake pan, spread the pitted cherries on top and bake at 170 degrees for about 55 minutes, test with a stick. If no cake crumbs stick to the wooden stick, the cake is ready.
Immediately turn out of the pan onto a rack and let it cool, then turn it over again.
