Instructions:

For the cheese pogatscherl mix milk and yeast and then knead with all ingredients to a dough. Let rise for 1/2 hour.

Roll out (about 1 cm high) and cut out with a cookie cutter Pogatscherl. Let rise again.

Brush pogatscherl with egg, sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the oven at 170 – 180 degrees until the cheese pogatscherl are golden brown.
