For the carrot bread, first finely grate the carrots with a food processor. Then mix the flour, beer, salt (in this case herbal salt) and baking powder with the help of a food processor until a tough dough is formed.
Remove the dough from the bowl and place on the work surface and flatten slightly. Spread the chopped carrots on top and knead with your hands until they are evenly distributed.
At the end, shape the dough into bread form and make a longitudinal cut on the surface. Bake at about 180 °C for 1 hour.
