For the Cappi cake, beat the eggs with the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy (10 minutes). Let the oil-orange juice mixture drip in now and then.
Stir in the flour-baking powder mixture well, but not too long. Butter and flour a baking dish and pour in the batter.
Bake at 170 degrees for 30 minutes.
For the glaze, either frost the cappi cake with a glaze made of cake icing and fruit or with a lemon juice-dusted sugar mixture .
