For the risi-bisi, prepare rice according to instructions. Peel onions and chop finely. Blanch the peas. Finely chop chicken.

Heat 40 g butter in a saucepan and fry onions until golden. Add curry, let it foam up, add chicken and steam for 5 minutes.

Mix the mixture with steamed rice and peas and sprinkle with parsley. Serve the risi-bisi.
