For the minced meat, mix the minced meat with spices, egg, chopped onion and crushed garlic. Spread the olive oil in a baking dish and form the meat mixture into a patty.
Spread the diced bacon around the roast in the mold. Divide the soup cube, spread it around the roast as well, and then add about 1/4 l of water.
Roast the roast in a preheated oven at 200 °C for about 1 hour. During the roasting process, pour in the roast’s own juices several times and, if necessary, add a little water.
Arrange the minced roast and serve.
