Sometimes you can also buy the white bean seeds fresh (that is, not dried). If you have them, soften them in lightly salted water in 60 min. Soak dried beans for one night and cook them in the salted soaking water in 70 min.
Drain well on top. Mix tartar sauce with shish kebab sauce, canned milk, salt, pepper and sugar to make marinade. Mix with beans and let marinate for 2 to 3 hours. Season again. Arrange in glasses garnished with parsley and tomato slices.
