For the banana cream dessert, soak the gelatin in cold water. Mash the bananas with a fork, add the yogurt and sweetener and blend with a hand blender.

Heat the rum, dissolve the gelatin in it, stir into the banana-yogurt mixture and pour into small bowls.

Chill in the refrigerator for several hours.
