Homemade baby food – First complementary food.

For the milk porridge with banana, pour milk into a pot and stir in the rice gruel. Bring to a boil, remove from heat and allow to swell for 4 minutes.

Peel the banana, slice it and mash it finely with a fork. You can also finely mash the banana slices with a hand blender. Stir the mashed banana into the rice porridge.

If necessary, let the milk porridge with banana cool down to eating temperature.
