Peel and quarter the apple, remove the core, then cut the apple into small slices. Slightly heat the water and add both packets, stirring with a whisk. Add the apple slices on top. Cook the soup for about 5 minutes. Cook over low heat. Add the crab meat to the soup and mix in the cream. Roast the almonds in a dry pan until golden and sprinkle over the soup just before serving.
Cooking time is about half an hour
This tastes best with warm bread sticks with garlic or merretich.
