Perhaps your new favorite bean dish:
1. peel and halve shallots, peel and cut carrots into thirds. Cut sausage into 3 cm long pieces. Pluck rosemary and thyme from stems, chop, peel garlic and press through a press. Coarsely pound pepper, cloves and juniper in a mortar.
Heat oil in a roaster, sear the drumsticks all around, add the sausage, vegetables, culinary herbs and spices. Fill up with wine and 1/2 ltr water, add paradeis pulp, season with salt and sugar. Cook at low temperature for half an hour.
3. rinse the beans in a sieve and add to the potaufeu form with the dried plums. Cook for another 15 minutes uncovered. Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley and bring to the table with the baguette.
