For the pizza pockets, chop the ham and mix with the cheese and crème fraîche in a container.

Chop the onion and stir it in. Season with salt and oregano.

Cut the puff pastry into 6 equal squares and place some of the mixture in the center of each.

Fold each corner of the puff pastry into the center and press down a bit (not too tight).

Brush all 6 pieces with a little melted butter or with an egg and leave the pizza pockets in the oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
