For the grilled trout, first cut two pieces of aluminum foil large enough to wrap one trout in each. Coat one side with the sunflower oil.
Peel the garlic cloves. Wash the trout and rub inside and out with salt and pepper. Stuff with thyme, parsley and one garlic clove each. Place trout on the aluminum foil pieces, place butter flakes on each and wrap the fish with the aluminum foil.
Grill on both sides for 5 minutes. Unwrap the grilled trout and serve.
