For the caramel dip, first check if the dates are soft enough. If they are too dry, soak them in warm water for about 1 hour.

Now puree all the ingredients for the dip in a food processor until it has the consistency of a cream.

If the cream is still too thick for the caramel dip, add a little more almond milk spoon by spoon.
