For the cabbage fritters, first boil the fritters in salted water, rinse and let cool.
Cut the cabbage into thin strips. Sauté the chopped onion in oil and caramelize with sugar. Add the cabbage and season with salt, pepper and grated nutmeg. Stir occasionally and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
Add the Fleckerl, mix thoroughly and serve the Krautfleckerl.
