For the gratinated cabbage fritters, cook the fritters in salted water until al dente. Strain the finished Fleckerl and set aside.
Cut white cabbage and onion into cubes. Heat olive oil in a large frying pan and sauté white cabbage, onions and pumpkin seeds.
Season with the finely chopped garlic, as well as some cumin, salt and pepper to taste. Then mix in the cooked Fleckerl.
Put the whole mixture into an ovenproof dish and sprinkle with the pizza cheese. Bake the Krautfleckerl in the preheated oven at 160 °C for about 25 minutes.
