Pasta dishes are just always delicious!

Rinse vegetables, cut zucchini, carrots and cucumber into fine slices the remaining vegetables and melon into cubes. Sauté everything in 3 tbsp. oil and 1 pinch each of pepperoncini and salt. In the meantime, cook the pasta in enough salted water. Stir the kitchen herbs with 3 tbsp. oil and pasta water each. Put the drained pasta and above it the vegetables in a sufficiently large bowl. Just before serving, pour the herb sauce over it and sprinkle with cheese.
