Perhaps your new favorite bean dish:
Lightly toast the bread slices, spread with the butter and place on a baking sheet. Slice the washed tomatoes and spread evenly on the bread slices. Season with the spices as desired. Spread the sprouts evenly on the tomatoes and cover each with a slice of cheese. Bake in the oven at 220 °C for about 6 min. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
