Snow Cake

Beat the egg whites until very stiff and stir in the sugar.

Allow the melted chocolate to cool slightly and gradually mix into the snow with the remaining ingredients.

Pour the mixture into a greased and floured cake pan and bake in a preheated oven at 160 °C for about 50 minutes.
