Orange Peel Honey for Baking

For the orange peel honey, grate the orange peel with a fine grater and mix with enough honey (tasteless acacia or lime blossom honey) to make a thick paste.

Pour the paste into small storage jars and seal tightly. Stored in the refrigerator, the orange peel honey will keep for several months.
