For the Spaghetti with Spicy Tomato Spinach Sauce, cook the spaghetti in enough salted water until al dente. In a frying pan, sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
Add the shrimp and chili, sauté a few minutes that the shrimp are still translucent inside. Add the tomatoes and spinach and sauté briefly. Drain the pasta and fold in.
If necessary, add 2-3 tablespoons of the pasta water. Serve immediately and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
