For the bacon leek sugo, cut the leek in half lengthwise, clean and cut into fine strips. Heat olive oil and sauté leeks and bacon cubes until leeks are soft.

Add whipping cream, bring to a boil and season with salt and pepper. Mix the bacon leek sugo with pasta cooked al dente as desired and sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan.
