Try this delicious pasta dish:
Cook pasta on stove top according to package directions. Meanwhile, cut fennel into slices as thin as possible. Clean carrots, separate from peel, rinse, chop. Sizzle greens in a non-stick frying pan in half the amount of the oil until crisp. Remove and keep warm.
Pour the remaining oil into pans. Brown the chicken breast fillet on both sides in it. Season with salt, herbs and pepper de Provence. Cut into small slices while hot. Fry the pine nuts briefly in the hot frying pan. Offer spaghetti, roasted chicken breast and greens on a plate. Sprinkle pine nuts on top.
