Sauté the meat with the onion and spices. Pour the soup and wine little by little and simmer everything together for an hour. 15 minutes before the end of the cooking time, add the apricots cut into strips.
Suggested side dishes:
Basmati rice and seasonal salad. Sprinkle the finished dish with roasted pine nuts.
