A bean recipe for every taste:
Preparation – Make 20 puff pastry patties of 6 cm ø – Brush with egg and bake until done – Prepare and rinse vegetables ready for cooking – Dice kohlrabi and carrots – Cut cauliflower into roses – Cut beans into 1 cm long pieces – Chop chives small Preparation – Steam vegetables in butter with veal stock until crisp and tender – Reduce steaming stock and add to bechamel sauce – Refine with cream – Mix sauce and vegetables, bring to the boil – Add the chives and season – Warm the patties in the stove, fill, put on the lid – Serve immediately – Serve the rest of the filling separately
