Instructions:

Divide the puff pastry into 2 parts.

Peel the apples, remove the core and cut into slices.

Cover the puff pastry with the apple slices and sprinkle with cinnamon, sugar and breadcrumbs.

Close the puff pastry into a strudel and prick with a fork.

Bake at 180 °C for approx. 45 minutes.
