Cut apples into slices, mix with raisins, fill into gratin dish, drizzle with honey and juice of one lemon. Beat honey, egg yolk, juice of one lemon until creamy, fold in curd cheese, wholemeal semolina. Whip egg whites until stiff, fold in, spread on apples, sprinkle with almond slivers, bake at 175 °C for 20-25 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar.
