For the Flowery Strawberry Jam, wash, clean and finely chop strawberries and weigh out 1 kg.Mix strawberries well in a saucepan with jelling sugar 2:1.
Bring everything to a boil over high heat, stirring, and cook until bubbly, about 3 minutes.Stir in elderflower syrup.
Skim the strawberry jam if necessary, then fill to the brim in prepared jars. Close with screw lids, invert and let stand for approx. 5 min. on the lid.
