Pasta dishes are always a good idea!
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Cut the carrots and zucchini into thin strips. Add the peeled carrots and zucchini, cut lengthwise into strips, 4 minutes before the pasta is done cooking. In the meantime, toast the nuts in the butter and extinguish with vegetable soup. Add the processed cheese and the orange juice, simmer a little.
Drain the pasta with the carrots and zucchini and serve with the nut-cheese sauce.
