Have fun preparing this mushroom dish!
Rinse the pork, rub dry and dice. Clean mushrooms and cut into quarters. Clean zucchini, rinse, peel and dice. Drain tomatoes in oil, cut off.
In a saucepan, heat 2 tbsp Thomy Pure Sunflower Oil or other vegetable oil until hot, brown pork in it. Add mushrooms and zucchini and sauté. Add 150 ml water, 100 ml whipping cream, sweet and let it boil.
Add 1 sachet of Maggi Fix für Jägertopf “Hubertus”, let it boil up and cook for about 25 minutes on a low heat. Add tomatoes and heat until hot. Bring to the table sprinkled with 50 g provolone cheese, freshly grated. Serve with tagliatelle.
