For the fish with cauliflower and broccoli, cut the cauliflower and broccoli into small florets. Sauté the onions briefly in a high pan, then immediately add the cauliflower and sauté as well.
Add the broccoli a little later and sauté for a short time (broccoli cooks faster than cauliflower). Add water and whipping cream and stir some chili and cheese into the sauce.
Coat the fish with garlic, salt and fish seasoning, place on top of the vegetables and cover the pan. Cook on low heat until the fish is white.
