Instructions:

For the raspberry dessert sauce, place the raspberries in a saucepan with 50 g sugar and let stand overnight. Then boil briefly and drain through a fine sieve or cloth so that there are no seeds in the juice.

There should be at least 600 g of juice. Add 100 g sugar and the preserving sugar and boil for three minutes.

Skim off the foam and pour into small bottles.
