For the egg dish with liver cheese, peel the young onion, wash and cut into fine rings. Dice the meatloaf into small cubes.
Beat eggs with salt, pepper and parsley.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, sauté onion rings in it. Add meat loaf and fry. Add egg mixture, stir everything gently and let it fry on medium heat, about 5 minutes.
