Coarsely grate prepared zucchini with shredder, press garlic cloves through a press. Mix zucchini, curd, yogurt, garlic and oil, season with vinegar, salt, pepper. Leave in the refrigerator for about 1 hour, season again. Cut dill into small pieces, sprinkle dill over tzatziki.
Our tip: Zucchini are tender in taste and therefore also well suited for children.
