Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy.
Then add zucchini, cinnamon, nuts and oil.
Then fold in the remaining ingredients (flour + baking soda).
Line a baking tray with baking paper and spread the dough on it. Bake at 175 °C for 40-45 minutes.
Spread the finished zucchini slices with jam, cover with chocolate icing and sprinkle with sliced almonds.
