For the witches’ brooms, roll out the puff pastry. Cover baking sheet with baking paper or rinse with cold water.

Cut out brooms with the witches’ broom cutter. Beat the egg well and brush the brooms with it. Sprinkle with granulated sugar.

Bake the witches’ brooms at 180 degrees hot air for about 10 minutes.
