For the wholemeal tomato cheese spaghetti, put water in a small pot and bring to a boil. Add salt and simmer the whole wheat spaghetti until al dente. Strain and set aside briefly.

Meanwhile, melt the butter in the pot. Wash and quarter the cocktail tomatoes and grate or cut the Gouda cheese into julienne. Toss the cooked whole wheat spaghetti in the butter, add the cocktail tomatoes and grated Gouda and season.

Pluck the parsley and chop coarsely. Mix into the cheese-tomato spaghetti just before serving.
